ノアサガオはヒルガオ科サツマイモ属の多年草。原産地は中南米で世界の熱帯～亜熱帯地域に広く分布しています。日本では紀伊半島から南西諸島まで海岸や林縁、道端などで自生。１日花ですが、大きな花を次々と咲かせます。花言葉は「愛情の絆」「明日も爽やかに」「儚い恋」。
